Why choose our system
When choosing a club system, consider the depth of its records, control over access and room to grow. Our system connects these areas in one place.
Import member records from ČUS and NSA files with file validation and identity matching. We also provide full support for importing data from non-standard CSV formats, including help preparing your file and transferring the data into the system.
Create custom roles and assign separate rights for viewing, editing and exporting. Limit access to a club, group or own records; sensitive data and documents have individual permissions.
The optional Multiple divisions module provides separate member, group, charge, licence and competition overviews. Members can belong to several divisions with one shared profile and a common club payment register. Enable or disable the module while retaining assignments.
Keep medical examinations and licences, their validity, documents and history with the relevant member. Overviews highlight approaching expiry dates; configure licence groups and types for your sport.
Membership, medical, payment and performance histories preserve context. An audit trail helps trace operations, while attendance locking gives you control over later corrections.
Export reports to CSV, Excel or PDF depending on their type. A read-only API with controlled access provides club data to other tools. Choose the approach that fits your operations.

The basic plan with all four add-ons costs CZK 249 + CZK 99 + CZK 99 + CZK 99 + CZK 699 = CZK 1,245 per month excluding VAT. For clubs with up to 25 active members, and 2 management or coaching accounts, the basic plan is free, so all four add-ons cost CZK 996 per month excluding VAT in total. Additional active member and user account capacity is charged separately. Choose individual add-ons according to your club’s needs.
With annual billing, you get 12 months of service for the price of 11. The discount covers the basic plan, modules and capacity add-ons and is additional to the first free trial month. We invoice the previous period and deduct the trial proportionally.
Plan limits refer to the number of active club members. Inactive and archived members, as well as parent accounts alone, do not count towards the member limit. All paid prices exclude VAT and are per club per month. Basic access controls and data protection are included in every plan. The free basic plan includes 2 management or coaching accounts and the paid basic plan includes 5. Each additional 10 user accounts cost CZK 99 per month excluding VAT. Parent accounts in their separate module do not count towards this limit.
Good to know
Every club has the first month free including all add-ons. Afterwards the basic plan remains free with no more than 25 active members and 2 management or coaching accounts. Add-ons are paid: Parent access CZK 99, Advanced permissions CZK 99, API CZK 99 and Multiple divisions CZK 699 per club per month excluding VAT.
Only active, non-archived club members count. Inactive and archived members do not count towards the limit. Each member counts once, even if they belong to several divisions. Parent accounts alone do not count; a parent who is also an active club member counts as a member. The member count is separate from the limit on management and coaching accounts.
No. The core registry, groups, attendance, payments and communication are not tied to a particular sport. The sports features also support competitions, licences and performance records. Suitability for a specific activity depends on your needs.
The paid basic plan at CZK 249 per month excluding VAT includes up to 100 active members. Each additional 100 active members cost CZK 99 per month excluding VAT. Each additional 10 user accounts above the plan allowance also cost CZK 99 per month excluding VAT. For example, a club with 200 active members and 15 management or coaching accounts pays CZK 447 per month excluding VAT for the basic plan and additional capacity. Optional modules are charged separately.
The free basic plan for clubs with up to 25 active members includes 2 management or coaching accounts. The paid basic plan includes 5 such accounts. Each additional 10 user accounts cost CZK 99 per month excluding VAT. Parent accounts belong to the separate parent module and do not count towards these limits. A parent can access their own children; a parent account cannot receive another role or additional permissions.
Yes. The separate Multiple divisions module at CZK 699 per club per month excluding VAT lets you organise TeamGym, artistic gymnastics, rhythmic gymnastics and trampolining within one club. Members can belong to several divisions with one profile. Divisions have their own overviews and assigned managers; detailed editing of shared records follows its own permissions. Disabling the module preserves data.
Yes. One installation supports multiple clubs with separate data. Users who have access to several clubs can switch between them; each club can have its own roles and settings.
Yes. The interface adapts to desktop, tablet and phone and runs in a web browser. There is no need to install a separate mobile application.
Yes. We support CSV imports of ČUS member records and NSA athlete and coach records. The system validates the entire file before saving and creates or updates members based on identity matches. An ambiguous match stops the import to avoid assigning data to the wrong person.
Of course. We provide full support for importing data from non-standard CSV formats. We will review your data structure together, help prepare the file and transfer the records into the system.
The system offers CSV, Excel and PDF exports depending on the report. The member registry also supports ČUS CSV and custom export templates. Exported data respects the user’s permissions.
Yes, an integration API offers read-only access and club data exports with controlled permissions. Payments can be matched from bank statements; automatic KB connectivity requires configuration, registration and account consent.
We normally host the system on our servers. Your club accesses it through a web browser, without needing a server of its own. If you prefer deployment on your own infrastructure, we are happy to discuss the options and arrangements individually.
